SMART WORK = (Analytical reasoning + Knowledge) + (presence of mind + Hard work)…..  

First of all we have to set our goal and must have a burning desire to achieve that goal.
Knowledge and self-confidence is essential to succeed towards anything.
Failures are something which shows that you are near to success as it shows that you are trying and if you keep trying without loosing hope that makes u reach your goal.
