Making choices in life has never come easy to anyone, but this simple self-test will help you beat out the chaff and weigh the grain for its worth.
- Having a sense of purpose is essential before setting off on your choice of goal. Be clear about your requirements and you will know what fits your bill the best.
- Asking introspective questions like `what is the purpose of this exercise’, `what will I achieve out of it’, will help in setting more lucid goals. Writing down the answers will further help in crystallizing your choices by annulling non-required elements.
- Being victimized or perceiving oneself as the victim is the trick of the mind. Do not allow yourself to appear as the victim since you alone are responsible for the state that you are in.
- Do not expect miraculous changes to re-sculpt your life to your liking. Change is nothing more than a shift in perspective that usually stems from deep-rooted conviction to be the best.
- Doing things differently and doing different things adds perspective and dimension to life. Be open to alternatives and risk changes there is a fathomless latent talent that lies buried deep within, the trick lies in tapping it and utilizing it to the fullest.
- The human mind is fortified by courage, choice and change. Taking charge of a situation is facile once you have made up your mind to bring these tools into play.
- You have a choice to sculpt a future that is different and better than your past…the choice is yours…will you make it?
