Peas Soup

Ingredients
- 2 Stalks Leek, Chopped
- 1 Potato, Peeled and Chopped
- 250gms Peas
- 100gms Spinach
- 1ltr Vegetable Stock
- Salt to taste
- 1tbsp Cream
- 1tbsp Butter
For the Garnishing
- Cucumber, Chopped finely
- Tomato, Chopped finely
- Apple, Chopped finely
- Kiwifruit, Chopped finely
- Olives, Chopped finely
Method
- Heat Butter, add Leek, Potato, Peas and Palak and stir for a minute.
- Add Vegetable stock and let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes. Add Cream, Salt and more Butter
- Pour in a soup bowl and garnish with bits of Cucumber, Kiwi Fruit, Olives, Apple and Tomato
