- Use a good quality nourishing cream, preferably containing Vitamin E and almond oil extracts, twice daily. Use a moisturizer based sunscreen when you go our in the sun.
- Drink 10-12 glasses of water daily. Wet one finger in lukewarm water and apply honey on your face with this wet finger. Wash your face after 15-20 minutes. Use moisturizer on your skin.
- Use lukewarm water for bath. Take a cup of unboiled milk and massage it into your body well at the time of your bath. This will act as a cleanser, moisturizer and as nourishing agent as well. Avoid the use of soap while bathing.
- Soak one teaspoon of choker in unboiled milk till it becomes fluffy. Now, ad a teaspoon of carrot juice, a pinch of turmeric and a teaspoonful of sandalwood powder and it as a paste. Apply this paste on your face, rubbing in with your finger tips for 2-3 minutes. Wash off after 10-12 minutes and see the shine on your face! This can also be used as a body scrub.
- Grind a few soaked almonds and mix them with an egg yolk to make a nourishing face pack. Leave on for 20 minutes before wash off.
- Add a teaspoon of semolina (suji), a teaspoon milk powder to some unboiled milk and mix together. Now apply this paste on the face. Keep it for overnight and wash it off in the morning.
- As far as possible use cotton dipped in milk to clean the face. Avoid use of water directly on the face.
- Use a Vitamin E based oil to massage the face.
