Comment on these two totally different arguments nade by my two friends.

Friend One:

Agree completely with the decision of the court…
Because this is illegal construction and so there is no harm in taking such action.
Also if every one start contructing illegaly than there will be no space for air,also the beauty of the city will go.Hope of the govt to make a beautiful city will not be achieved.

Friend Two:

Many poor people are able to earn and fill the hunger of their families through the small shops etc. which might be constructed on land which is not theirs. Most of the people who construct the buildings on such land are the ones who cannot afford to buy the land. Don’t these people have the right to live happily? I think a person who does not have anything to eat will first bother about filling his stomach instead of bothering whether the city is beautiful or not.
